Rachael is a National Board Certified Teacher with over 15 years of elementary teaching experience. She earned her M.Ed. in Educational Administration from UT Austin in 2019 and holds certifications in both general and special education. Rachael is thrilled to serve as Director, and cannot wait to meet our students!

Coach Hilary is a Texas-certified educator with over 22 years of teaching experience. She holds a degree from Texas Woman’s University in Denton and is certified in both Early Childhood–6th Grade and Composite Science for Grades 6–12. For 17 years, Hilary owned and operated a licensed preschool, combining her passion for early education
Coach Hilary is a Texas-certified educator with over 22 years of teaching experience. She holds a degree from Texas Woman’s University in Denton and is certified in both Early Childhood–6th Grade and Composite Science for Grades 6–12. For 17 years, Hilary owned and operated a licensed preschool, combining her passion for early education with hands-on leadership. Most recently, she has been teaching kindergarten in Round Rock ISD, where she continues to inspire young learners. Coach Hilary is excited to meet your children and help them grow through fun, engaging learning experiences!

Coach Kat is a national education consultant with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas State University. A former Texas State Teacher Fellow and recipient of the prestigious Barbara Davis Award, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her work in education.
Coach Kat currently supports school and district
Coach Kat is a national education consultant with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas State University. A former Texas State Teacher Fellow and recipient of the prestigious Barbara Davis Award, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her work in education.
Coach Kat currently supports school and district leaders in implementing the Texas Education Agency’s Effective Schools Framework, guiding sustainable school improvement efforts across the state. Before her consulting work, she was a middle school math teacher, where she discovered her passion for helping students develop confidence and a love for math. She’s thrilled to bring that same passion to Panther House and can’t wait to work with her students!

Coach Kim is a veteran educator and certified Dyslexia specialist with over 27 years of experience in early literacy instruction. She holds a Master Reading Teacher Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Education.

During her long career in Leander ISD, Kim taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Second Grade before transitioning into the role of Reading Specialist, where she supported struggling readers and led targeted literacy interventions.
A proud Liberty Hill resident for 32 years, Kim is deeply rooted in the community and passionate about helping young learners thrive. She is thrilled to return to the classroom at Panther House and looks forward to inspiring a love of reading in her students.
