Panther House Friday School is a unique learning solution for students whose Friday schedule will be impacted by the new Liberty Hill ISD calendar. 

Our school will enroll pre-kindergarten through fifth grade students in the Liberty Hill area. This program is ideal for any family who would like their child(ren) to continue learning core content with a certified teacher on the Fridays they are not attending school. Homeschool students who would like a Friday only school day with their peers are also more than welcome to enroll. Enrollment will be limited so that your child receives quality, small group lessons and experiences.

Panther House Friday School students will receive small group instruction from a Texas certified teacher in the areas of English Language Arts and Mathematics every Friday. Science, Social Studies, Electives (PE/Health/Nutrition, Music, Art), and Social Emotional Learning will be incorporated throughout different times of the school year as protect-based thematics units of study. Panther House Friday School ELA and Math lessons will follow the Liberty Hill ISD curriculum scope and sequence, where lessons will be pre-taught each Friday in order to set your child(ren) up for success for the following week. For example, if your child is a 3rd grader in Liberty Hill ISD who will be learning subtraction the week after a Friday he or she is at Panther House; critical vocabulary, concept attainment, and independent application will be taught and reinforced that day.

Individualized learning plans will be created and shared throughout the course of your child’s enrollment at Panther House. Families will receive summaries of skills taught every Friday, along with assessment reports, in order to give you a clear picture of your child’s proficiency and targeted skills in English Language Arts and Mathematics. Panther House teachers would also love to collaborate with your child’s LHISD teachers (if applicable) in order to communicate about areas of need in your child(ren)’s learning.

Because of our unique learning model, we will be able to offer activities and routines similar to what your child experiences at their regular school (when compared to LHISD.) Panther House will also offer enrichment opportunities and activities selected and designed by its students. Creating enrichment activities around students’ hobbies and interests will provide students with a fun and engaging component to their day. Having students take part in the creation process will provide a sense of ownership, motivation, and heightened creativity.

Panther House will be open every Friday during the school year from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the exception of extended vacations, and/or Fridays when LHISD is open to students. This includes both staff development days and student/staff holidays (when Friday is the only closed day.) For example, Panther House will be open on September 26th, 2025 and October 17th, 2025 since the only school closure day is a Friday; but not November 28th, 2025 since that Friday falls over Thanksgiving break.

Panther House will be held in the Education Building at Cross Tracks Church located at 101 Church St, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.

Throughout the month of April we are offering an early bird pricing special of $395 per month. Billing will start in September and culminate in May. Tuition can be paid in full to receive a 10% discount, or monthly and biweekly at the regular rate. Siblings will receive a discount of 10% for the first sibling, and 15% for any additional children. Panther House Friday School will not operate like a daycare, but rather as an academic environment where students receive small group lessons and tutoring. This rate ensures that we can keep our enrollment numbers low and prioritize small group learning with individualized student attention. In order to reserve a spot in our program, a one time non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 will be collected for each child you wish to enroll, and will act as a deposit. This amount will be applied toward your first month’s tuition. A one time materials fee of $100 per child will also be collected August 1st in order to ensure teachers have high quality instructional materials and supplies with which to teach.

Invoices will be generated monthly. Monthly invoices will be calculated by dividing the tuition cost for the total number of Fridays throughout the school year by the number of months we are open.

Upon email request, you will be sent an enrollment fee pay link. The enrollment fee will be collected for each child you wish to enroll, and will be applied towards your 1st month’s tuition. Families who have signed up for our mailing list will receive a 20% discount on the enrollment fee.

Yes! Our Open House will take place at Cross Tracks Church on Saturday, April 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This will be a great way to come look at the space and meet the Owner and Director Rachael Dunn, as well as one of our teachers, Coach Kat.
